Sunday Minute – January 17, 2021
Good evening, families! This is Mrs. Stevens, with this week’s Sunday Minute.
Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday- NO SCHOOL
Please be reminded that there is NO SCHOOL tomorrow as we celebrate the late Great Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Would you like to do something as a family to celebrate Dr. King? Well feel free to join me and my family as we study and discuss some of Dr. King’s inspiring quotes, and how they apply to our lives today.
Returning to Topeka Survey
Are you planning to return to Topeka in the Fall for the 2021-2022 school year? We need to know. I am hopeful that we will be returning to a version of In-person instruction in the fall. In order to make sure we have enough seats for everyone, we need to know your plans for next school year. We have hundreds of applications for our Lottery, and I want to make sure our continuing students are accounted for. Please complete the following link https://forms.gle/T7K6LedFX7dHaJNSA as soon as possible.

Great Kindness Challenge Kick-off! 1/25/21
Mark your calendars! In honor of the Great Kindness Challenge week, we will host our kickoff during our regular Monday morning assembly! What does it mean to you to be kind? Why is it important? How does it make you and others feel? How can kindness change our world for the better? Who’s done something kind lately and what did they do? If you have an answer to any of those questions, we want to hear from you. This week you will find out how to submit your ‘Kindness Clip’ that could be showcased during our Monday morning assemblies.
That’s it for this week’s new from school. Have a tigerrific evening!
